Macintosh Centris 610
May 31st, 2016
The Centris 610 was released in February 1993, with a 20MHz 68LC040 processor. Eight months later, it was renamed to the Quadra 610 and upgraded to a 25MHz 68040 processor, which (unlike the Centris 610) actually had an FPU (Floating Point Unit) and MMU (Memory Management Unit).
There was a a “DOS Compatible” version of the Quadra 610, which included an additional 486SX processor.
Wikipedia has more information about the Centris 610 and Quadra 610.
(Aside: I delayed uploading these because I intended to redo the shoot with better equipment, but, alas, finances. Also, commas. Also, my camera died. So I just uploaded these.)
